Good location, big sized rooms, they upgraded to a nice suite due to a mix up. In room dining was good. (The mall next door is nearly empty, nothing there except a cookie of fast food outlets and a hyper mart and some small shops, waste of time.)

Just outstanding! From the warm and attentive support staff in reception to breakfast area to the incredible range of breakfast options, every detail was perfectly taken care of, and staff were always had a smile on their faces. The location is fantastic—close to everything, making it easy to explore the city with ease. The entire experience was seamless, and I genuinely have no complaints; my stay has been nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bengaluru. It’s one of those places where you feel genuinely looked after. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will surely visit again if ever i travel to Bengaluru again.

The staff was excellent—very caring and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean. The hotel is very well-located, with easy connections to other parts of the city via metro and tram. There are great restaurants nearby offering all types of cuisines. The area has lovely walking spots for evening strolls. Plenty of parking space is available, and the hotel arranges parking in advance (just share your car number plate details). Parking is free of charge for the duration of your stay. The hotel provides tourist cards, which offer discounts for some popular attractions in Prague.

family liked the breakfast buffet! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with nice views, staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and patio areas very much. Very private for a city location.

1.Best service from a 5 star hotel,never experienced such perfection,highly recommended. 2.Awesome staff from front desk,friendly and cordial(one girl from Assam who was beyond caring,unfortunately forgot her name,will surely update on my next stay) 3.Stayed on half board,one of best buffet both morning and evening. 4.Food was so yummy,really big choice and specially restaurant waiters,no words on their excellent performance(again missed on one waitress for outstanding care for guest) 5.Room service was excellent,the suite we stayed in was incredible,each rooms and bed were really comfortable including living room and outdoor terrace. 6.Cleanliness of facilities 7.Whatever you may imagine is available in Grand Mercure hotel including really comfy library(biggest ever seen),spa,well equipped gym,play room with snooker table etc.. 8.Gopalan Mall in same building with supermarket 9.Really comfortable lobby. CANT UPDATE ON EVERTHING

I had an excellent stay at Hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. A special mention to Mr. Mohit for his exceptional service and for making all the necessary arrangements seamlessly. His professionalism and attention to detail truly enhanced my experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent. Dipankar from house keeping cleaned the rooms very well. Mahesh at the reception was extremely helpful. Vikram the head chef made sure that our meals were prepared according to our taste and very provided on time. Abul and Uma ( in the dining area) were very cooperative and helpful. Manoj helped my mum with wheel chair from dining area to our room.

I had an excellent experience in Grand Mercure at Gopalan Mall - Bengaluru. The staffs were very supportive and friendly. The front desk manager was very helpful. Melisha from the front desk was very helpful and answered all my queries patiently. Stalin from the transport desk and all the chauffeurs are very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely visit again next time I am in Bangalore.

Breakfast was the usual buffet arrangement but a very wide choice, great service from the team. Location is surprisingly good but access to the new Metro service just a 15 minute walk with a footbridge to get across the very busy main road. Special mention must go the Ahmed Sharif on the Concierge desk who used personal contacts to arrange rail tickets to Mysuru for us to visit the Palace, he also sorted our transfer on the final day of our stay, great work.
