Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall - An Accor Brand

We had a wonderful stay. The staff at this hotel were brilliant. From the time we pulled up at the front of the hotel to the trolley personnel moving the luggage to the room, we felt that the staff were genuinely interested in helping the customers have a comfortable time while at the hotel. They were all polite and pleasant. All speak english. The food served was very tastefully cooked and presented well. We even received a surprise visit from the chef as part of our room service dining. He was very friendly and gave us some useful culinary tips. We were particularly impressed with how the senior staff were at hand when required. We were in discussion with a few. The floor manager Sagnik Chattopadhyay was professional & friendly. He has good organisational skills and was very responsive to our needs. When we encountered a specific issue within our room, he immediately contacted the housekeeping staff. The executive housekeeper Babita Butola came down immediately and sorted the problem. Babita was open to constructive feedback and we later received a thank you message directly from her. The hotel has a fitness centre, indoor pool and a well designed games room with table tennis, snooker tables etc.

Just outstanding! From the warm and attentive support staff in reception to breakfast area to the incredible range of breakfast options, every detail was perfectly taken care of, and staff were always had a smile on their faces. The location is fantastic—close to everything, making it easy to explore the city with ease. The entire experience was seamless, and I genuinely have no complaints; my stay has been nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bengaluru. It’s one of those places where you feel genuinely looked after. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will surely visit again if ever i travel to Bengaluru again.

family liked the breakfast buffet! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with nice views, staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and patio areas very much. Very private for a city location.

I had an excellent experience in Grand Mercure at Gopalan Mall - Bengaluru. The staffs were very supportive and friendly. The front desk manager was very helpful. Melisha from the front desk was very helpful and answered all my queries patiently. Stalin from the transport desk and all the chauffeurs are very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely visit again next time I am in Bangalore.
